If no such period is specified, the warranty shall be for a period that is the shorter of (i) 12 months from the date of Completion of Installation of Equipment, and (ii) 14 months from the date of initial Delivery by Miraclon.
The City will hold the Equipment for retrieval by Licensee, and Licensee will have the right to reinstall the Equipment or equivalent Equipment at Licensee’s expense on the repaired or replaced City Pole in accordance with Article 7 (Installation of Equipment).
