Information Breach definition

Information Breach means any actual or suspected unauthorized disclosure or use of, or access to, Metro Government Information, or actual or suspected loss of Metro Government Information.
Information Breach means a breach of security leading to the misappropriation or accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Your Content transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed on Oracle systems or the Services environment that compromises the security, confidentiality or integrity of Your Content.
Information Breach has the meaning set forth in Section 8.3 of the Agreement.

Examples of Information Breach in a sentence

  • Such credit monitoring or protection plan shall be made available by the Contractor at its own cost and expense to all individuals affected by the Confidential Information Breach.

  • Contractor and Contractor Parties, at their own expense, have a duty to and shall protect from a Confidential Information Breach any and all Confidential Information which they come to possess or control, wherever and however stored or maintained, in a commercially reasonable manner in accordance with current industry standards.

Information Breach means any incident, event or action that has the potential to compromise the availability of Personal Information, the integrity of information, confidentiality or our Organisation’s information systems. This includes incidents or events that happen by accident or deliberately. Both confirmed and suspected incidents may qualify as an Information Breach.
