Index Interest Rate Period definition

Index Interest Rate Period means any period during which the Bonds bear interest at an Index Interest Rate.
Index Interest Rate Period means each period of time during which Index Interest Rates are in effect.
Index Interest Rate Period means any period during which the Bonds bear interest at an Index Interest Rate, commencing on the Issue Date or the Index Interest Rate Conversion Date and ending on the first to occur of (i) an Index Interest Rate Mandatory Purchase Date, (ii) the Index Interest Rate Conversion Date next succeeding the then current Index Interest Rate Conversion Date, and (iii) the Maturity Date.

  • The Directors may at any time, before any Share so forfeited shall have been cancelled, sold, re-allotted or otherwise disposed of, annul the forfeiture upon such conditions as they think fit.

More Definitions of Index Interest Rate Period

Index Interest Rate Period means any period during which the Series 2014_ Bonds bear interest at an Index Interest Rate.

  • Interest Rate Period means that period of time for which the interest rate with respect to the Bonds has been determined by the Remarketing Agent or otherwise as provided in the definition of the applicable Interest Rate Mode, commencing on the applicable Interest Rate Adjustment Date, and terminating on the day immediately preceding the following Interest Rate Adjustment Date, if any.

  • Fixed Rate Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(b)(i) hereof.

  • Floating Rate Period has the meaning set forth in section 2.5(b)(ii) hereof.

  • Daily Rate Period means a period commencing on one Business Day and extending to, but not including, the next succeeding Business Day, during which Multi-Modal Bonds bear interest at the Daily Rate.

  • Interest Reset Period The period beginning on the applicable Reset Date and ending on the calendar day preceding the next Reset Date.

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on April 1, 2022 and ending on and including March 31, 2027 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including March 31 in the fifth year thereafter.

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove. Details of such bankers will be provided to the Applicant when so requested in writing.

  • Base Interest Rate means Bank's initial cost of funding the Fixed Obligations. The Prepayment Fee is calculated as follows: First, Bank determines a "Current Market Rate" based on what the Bank would receive if it loaned the remaining amount on the prepayment date in a wholesale funding market matching maturity, remaining principal and interest amounts and principal and interest payment dates (the aggregate payments received are the "Current Market Rate Amount"). Bank may select any wholesale funding market rate as the Current Market Rate. Second, Bank will take the prepayment amount and calculate the present value of each remaining principal and interest payment which, without prepayment, the Bank would have received during the term of the Fixed Obligations using the Base Interest Rate. The sum of the present value calculations is the "Xxxx to Market Amount." Third, the Bank will subtract the Current Market Rate Amount from the Xxxx to Market Amount. Any amount greater than zero is the Prepayment Fee.

  • Fixed Interest Rate means the annual interest rate of five and forty hundredths percent (5.40%).

  • Special Rate Period with respect to the VRDP Shares, has the meaning specified in paragraph (a) of Section 4 of Part I of the Articles Supplementary.

  • Term Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2021 Series A Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Term Rate.

  • Subsequent Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of VMTP Shares, the period consisting of seven calendar days, but adjusted in each case to reflect any changes when the regular calendar day that is a Rate Determination Date is not a Business Day, from, and including, the first calendar day following the Initial Rate Period of such Series to, and including, the next Rate Determination Date for such Series and any period thereafter from, and including, the first calendar day following a Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series to, and including, the next succeeding Rate Determination Date for shares of such Series.

  • Variable Interest Rate means any interest rate that does not qualify as a fixed credit interest rate;
