Initial Fixed Rate Period definition
Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.

Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period from and including the date of issue of the Series A Preferred Shares to, but excluding, September 30, 2017.
