Rate Period definition

Rate Period or "n(t-1,t)" means, in respect of a Relevant Business Day, (i) the number of calendar days from (and including) the Relevant Business Day immediately preceding such Relevant Business Day to (but excluding) such Relevant Business Day, divided by (ii) 360;
Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.
Rate Period means any Initial Period, Daily Rate Period, Two-Day Rate Period, Commercial Paper Rate Period or Weekly Rate Period.

Examples of Rate Period in a sentence

  • The interest payable during the Floating Rate Period will be paid to each Holder in whose name a Note is registered at the close of business on the fifteenth day (whether or not a Business Day) immediately preceding the applicable Floating Rate Interest Payment Date (each such date, a “Floating Rate Regular Record Date”).

  • After a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date have occurred, the interest rate on the Notes for each interest period during the Floating Rate Period will be an annual rate equal to the Benchmark Replacement plus 189 basis points.

Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of VMTP Shares, the Initial Rate Period and any Subsequent Rate Period of the VMTP Shares of such Series.
