Rate Period definition

Rate Period or "n(t-1,t)" means, in respect of a Relevant Business Day, (i) the number of calendar days from (and including) the Relevant Business Day immediately preceding such Relevant Business Day to (but excluding) such Relevant Business Day, divided by (ii) 360;
Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.
Rate Period means, with respect to any Series of RVMTP Shares, the Initial Rate Period and any Subsequent Rate Period of the RVMTP Shares of such Series.

  • During the Floating Rate Period, interest on the Notes will be payable quarterly in arrears on March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 of each year, commencing on September 1, 2031 (each such date, a “Floating Rate Interest Payment Date” and, together with a Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date, an “Interest Payment Date”).

Rate Period means any Initial Period, Daily Rate Period, Two-Day Rate Period, Commercial Paper Rate Period or Weekly Rate Period.
