If any such Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date (other than the Maturity Date or any Redemption Date) is postponed or brought forward as described above, the payment of interest due on such postponed or brought forward Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date shall include interest accrued to but excluding such postponed or brought forward Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.
The Calculation Agent’s determination of any interest rate, and its calculation of interest payments for any Floating Rate Period, shall be maintained on file at the Calculation Agent’s principal offices and shall be provided in writing to the Trustee.
The amount of interest payable for any interest period during the Floating Rate Period shall be computed on the basis of the actual number of days in each interest period during the Floating Rate Period (or any other relevant period) and a 360-day year.
Benchmark for each Floating Rate Period shall be calculated by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the formula set forth herein with respect to the Observation Period relating to such Floating Rate Period.
The Trustee and paying agent may conclusively rely, without investigation, on the Calculation Agent’s determination of the interest rate during the Floating Rate Period.
