Fixed Rate Period definition

Fixed Rate Period has the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.10(a).
Fixed Rate Period has the meaning provided in Section 3.02(e)(i).
Fixed Rate Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date, to (but excluding) May 24, 2026.

  • Interest accrued on the Notes during the Fixed Rate Period will be payable semi-annually in arrears on February 15 and August 15 of each year, commencing on August 15, 2026 (each such date, a "Fixed Rate Interest Payment Date").

More Definitions of Fixed Rate Period

Fixed Rate Period means any period during which Bonds bear interest at a Fixed Rate, which period shall commence on the effective date of a Change in the Interest Rate Mode to a Fixed Rate, and shall extend through the day immediately preceding the Stated Maturity.
