Fixed Rate Period definition

Fixed Rate Period has the meaning provided in Section 2.04(a).
Fixed Rate Period means the period beginning on the date of this Note and continuing through November 30, 2015.
Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

More Definitions of Fixed Rate Period

Fixed Rate Period means any period during which Bonds bear interest at a Fixed Rate, which period shall commence on the effective date of a Change in the Interest Rate Mode to a Fixed Rate, and shall extend through the day immediately preceding the Stated Maturity.
