Special Rate Period definition

Special Rate Period with respect to the VRDP Shares, has the meaning specified in paragraph (a) of Section 4 of Part I of the Articles Supplementary.
Special Rate Period means a Rate Period that is not a Standard Rate Period.
Special Rate Period with respect to the VRDP Shares, has the meaning specified in Section 4(a) of Part I of the Statement.

  • The Fund, at its option, may designate any succeeding Subsequent Rate Period of shares of a series of MuniPreferred as a Special Rate Period consisting of a specified number of Rate Period Days evenly divisible by seven and not more than 1,820, subject to adjustment as provided in paragraph (b) of this Section 4.

More Definitions of Special Rate Period

Special Rate Period with respect to shares of a series of Municipal Preferred, shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 4(a) of Part I of this Section 12.1.
Special Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.
