Special Rate Period definition

Special Rate Period with respect to the VRDP Shares, has the meaning specified in paragraph (a) of Section 4 of Part I of the Articles Supplementary.
Special Rate Period means a Rate Period that is not a Standard Rate Period.
Special Rate Period with respect to shares of a series of Municipal Preferred, shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 4(a) of Part I of this Section 12.1.

  • The Fund, at its option, may designate any succeeding Subsequent Rate Period of shares of a series of MuniPreferred as a Special Rate Period consisting of a specified number of Rate Period Days evenly divisible by seven and not more than 1,820, subject to adjustment as provided in paragraph (b) of this Section 4.
