Fixed Rate Calculation Date definition

Fixed Rate Calculation Date means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Subsequent Fixed Rate Period.
Fixed Rate Calculation Date means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Subsequent Fixed Rate Period. “Global Certificate” means the Global Certificate as defined in Section 11(a).

  • The Corporation will calculate on each Fixed Rate Calculation Date the Annual Fixed Dividend Rate for such Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and will, on the Fixed Rate Calculation Date, give written notice thereof to the Holders.

Fixed Rate Calculation Date has the meaning set forth in the terms and conditions relating to the Series 1 Shares.
