Independent Supervisory Board Member definition

Independent Supervisory Board Member means a member of the Supervisory Board who is considered by the Company to be independent in accordance with the best practice provision 2.4.8. of the Corporate Governance Code;
Independent Supervisory Board Member means any person who meets the criteria for independence set out in the AFEP-MEDEF Governance Code and who is appointed as a PSA Supervisory Board Member;
