Public Offer definition

Public Offer has the meaning specified in Section 1.15(a).
Public Offer means the term defined in the Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market.
Public Offer has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.09(a).

Public Offer means the document defined in accordance with the provisions of the Act CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market.
Public Offer means any announcement, offer or recommendation made by any person to collect funds in that person’s favour or in a third person’s favour by any means of promulgation, including personal contact with several persons, whether with one person at a time or with several persons at once; for the purposes of this Act, a notification, offer or recommendation made solely through a personal contact and intended for no more than ten persons shall not be deemed to be a public offer;
Public Offer means the public offer for acquisition of voting shares of a target company and includes any competitive bid or bids made for this purpose;
Public Offer means an offer by any person to acquire the whole of the issued share capital of MediCor, whether structured as a tender offer, merger or otherwise;
Public Offer means closing of a firmly underwritten public offering of the Shares or other securities of the Company (including depository receipts) on a recognised Stock Exchange and includes a qualified initial public offer and an initial public offer.
Public Offer means an “offer of Securities to the public”, as defined in the last paragraph under “Prohibition of sales to EEA Retail Investors” in Schedule 1 hereto;
Public Offer means any underwritten public offering of any Equity Securities in any jurisdiction in Europe or any underwritten private offering or series of private offerings in one or more jurisdictions of Equity Securities in Europe which is accompanied by a listing of the Equity Securities on the London Stock Exchange or the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
