Improvements Completion Date definition

Improvements Completion Date. The term "Improvements Completion Date" shall mean the deadline for Completion of each element of the Improvements as set forth on the Approved Construction Schedule.
Improvements Completion Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 hereof.
Improvements Completion Date means the deadline for completion of each element of construction, development, renovation and rehabilitation of the Improvements as set forth on the Approved Construction Schedule, which shall not be later than October 1, 2004.

More Definitions of Improvements Completion Date

Improvements Completion Date means the date on which the City Engineer certifies in writing that the Authorized Improvements have been constructed in substantial compliance with the approved plans and specifications for such improvements and are ready to be accepted by the City.

Related to Improvements Completion Date

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.
