Townhouse Unit definition

Townhouse Unit means one or more rooms, including a bathroom, and a single kitchen, designed for or occupied as a unit by one family for living and cooking purposes, located in a townhouse development on a platted townhouse sublot.
Townhouse Unit means a part of the Condominium designated and intended for independent ownership and permanent use as a residential dwelling, regardless of type or model, and all as more specifically described in Paragraph 4 hereof, and shall not be deemed to include any of the Common Elements situated within or appurtenant to a Townhouse Unit.
Townhouse Unit means a single-family dwelling unit in a townhouse that extends from foundation to roof and that has a yard or public way on not less than two sides that extends at least fifty percent (50%) of the length of each of those two sides.

Townhouse Unit means a residential housing unit consisting of a group of rooms which may be attached to one or more other Townhouse Units by common party walls and which are designed or intended for the exclusive use as living quarters for one Family, as hereinafter defined, as constructed by the Developer upon the Property.
