Multifamily Property definition

Multifamily Property means a Property improved with, and from which at least 80% of the rental income is derived from, residential apartments, which may include a Property that is a part of a Mixed-Use Project.
Multifamily Property means any real property on which multifamily residential-use development has been constructed or is now or hereafter proposed to be constructed (for example, and not by way of limitation, a property of the type managed by the Company).
Multifamily Property. A multifamily residential rental property consisting of five or more dwelling units.

Multifamily Property means real property that contains or that will contain more than 4 dwelling units.
