Multifamily Property definition

Multifamily Property means any real property on which multifamily residential-use development has been constructed or is now or hereafter proposed to be constructed (for example, and not by way of limitation, a property of the type managed by the Company).
Multifamily Property. A multifamily residential rental property consisting of five or more dwelling units.
Multifamily Property means real property that contains or that will contain more than 4 dwelling units.

Multifamily Property. A real property with five or more residential rental units (including mixed‑use property) as to which the majority of the underwritten revenue is from residential rental units.
