Implementation Entity definition

Implementation Entity means a governmental education agency, university, research center, center of excellence, laboratory, OSC, foundation, association or other entity, with its own legal personality, which meets the criteria and other requirements set forth in the Operational Manual to carry out a Research Subproject and/or a Training and Capacity Building Subproject;
Implementation Entity means collectively CIAMA, the Implementing NGO or any of the Selected Municipalities.
Implementation Entity means the entity in charge of the technical and supervision aspects of a Part of the Project or portion thereof as set forth in the respective Implementation Agreement.

  • Multiregional Modeling Working Group or “MMWG” shall mean the NERC working group that is charged with multi-regional modeling.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.
