Selected Municipalities definition

Selected Municipalities means the Member Country’s most vulnerable municipalities which have been impacted by diminishing resources for school feedings due to the combined effects of the economic and food crisis and which are listed in Appendix 2 to this Agreement, as said list may be amended from time to time in agreement with the World Bank.

Selected Municipalities means municipalities located in Alto Solimões region that are beneficiaries of Municipal Grants and possess the following characteristics: (i) at least 40% of the population is urban; (ii) travel distance between the municipal capital and the regional "pole" municipality (Tabatinga) is less than one hour; and (iii) has launched the Family Health Program.

Selected Municipalities means any of the 1,100 municipalities within the Borrower’s territory which may be considered eligible to enter into a Subproject Agreement (as hereinafter defined) pursuant to the criteria set forth in the Operational Manual;

More Definitions of Selected Municipalities

Selected Municipalities means any of the thirty-two (32) political subdivisions of the Recipient that participate in Part A of the Project, as referred to in Section I.B.1(c) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

Selected Municipalities means the municipalities in the departments of Madriz, Estelí, Chinandega and Xxxx listed in the Operational Manual, as this list may be modified by agreement between the Recipient and the Association from time to time.

Selected Municipalities means the Borrower’s poorest municipalities with high levels of extreme poverty listed in Appendix 2 to this Agreement, as said list may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Bank.

Selected Municipalities means the municipalities of Jabalia, Khan Younis, Tulkarem, Al-Ram, Jericho and Tarquimia;

Selected Municipalities means, collectively, the Municipalities of Jiuquan, Jiayuguan, Zhangye, Baiyin, Lanzhou and Tianshui in Gansu Province, any other municipalities selected by agreement among the Borrower, Gansu and the Bank, and the successors thereto; and “Selected Municipality” means, individually, any of such Selected Municipalities.

Selected Municipalities means the autonomous municipal governments in the territory of the Borrower referred to in paragraph 1.3 of the Annex to the letter referred to in (e) and (h) above;

Selected Municipalities means the Borrower’s municipalities where the Energy Sub-Projects will be carried out.
