In the event that your principal employer is a subsidiary of Rockwell ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, it is possible that your principal employer may cease to be a subsidiary of Rockwell ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ during the Performance Period (the date of such cessation is herein called the Divestiture Date).
For the avoidance of doubt, termination of employment on account of a Divestiture of a Business Segment shall result in the Options remaining exercisable for a period of three months from the Divestiture Date.
