High Speed Internet Services definition

High Speed Internet Services means Internet access and backbone connectivity services offered by the Systems to their customers through a cable modem, cable modem termination system, cell tower backhaul or fiber optic point to point traffic, including residential and commercial high speed internet, fiber, WAN services and similar services.
High Speed Internet Services. The service of providing subscribers with use of "online services" at a digital signal rate of 128 kilobits per second or above. For purposes of this definition, "online services" means the services available over the Internet. For avoidance of doubt, the "online services" themselves are not High Speed Internet Services.
High Speed Internet Services means high-speed data services offered by the Systems.
