Health Canada Licence means any license issued by Health Canada to the Company, its Subsidiaries or any of their respective Affiliates in respect of their respective Cannabis Activities;
Health Canada Licence means any one of them.
Health Canada Licence means, the licence issued by Health Canada in respect of the Project and identified as licence #[***] issued to the Borrower pursuant to the Cannabis Act and authorizing a minimum cultivation class for operations by the Borrower at the Project on the Project Property, and any other licence issued by Health Canada to any of the Companies in respect of its Cannabis Activities.

More Definitions of Health Canada Licence

Health Canada Licence means the standard cultivation, standard processing and sale for medical purposes licence no. LIC-8EQLIDC4PS-2019 issued by Health Canada under the Cannabis Act (Canada) and the Cannabis Regulations (Canada) issued to 1233 in respect to the Rock Creek Lands.

Related to Health Canada Licence

  • Sub-Licensee means all person/ agency with whom Licensee has executed sub license agreement as per terms and conditions of license agreement executed between DMRC and the Licensee, for commercial utilization of the Bare Spaces.
