Grievance Fund definition

Grievance Fund shall be defined as the monies provided to process and redress salary grievances as provided herein. 2 Of this amount, $42,500 shall be used to fund promotions, $30,000 shall be used for salary adjustments, and $4,600 shall be distributed in the form of a $200 overall salary increase to each unit member who achieved an overall annual performance appraisal rating of Exceptional from the 2017 review period.
