Gaming system definition

Gaming system means either a server-based gaming system, an Internet gaming system, a mobile gaming system, or table game simulcasting system.
Gaming system means a computer system or systems of computers by means of which remote gaming is conducted, and shall include all its associated components, its operating systems and applications software;
Gaming system means the infrastructure necessary to produce a point of sale terminal generated lottery ticket. This infrastructure includes the central wagering system, the point of sale ticket terminal and the network connectivity between the central system and point of sale terminals.

Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Gaming Law means any federal, state, local, international, foreign or other law, statute, constitutional provision, regulation, rule, order, ordinance, enforcement requirement or interpretation pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses or asserts legal, regulatory or licensing authority over gaming and/or related activities.

  • Gaming Authorities means any foreign, federal, state or local governmental entity or authority, or any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, court or instrumentality thereof, regulating gaming activities or related activities.
