Gaming Law definition

Gaming Law means any federal, state, local, international, foreign or other law, statute, constitutional provision, regulation, rule, order, ordinance, enforcement requirement or interpretation pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses or asserts legal, regulatory or licensing authority over gaming and/or related activities.
Gaming Law means any gaming law or regulation of any jurisdiction or jurisdictions to which the Company or any of their Subsidiaries (including Icahn Enterprises Holdings) is, or may at any time after the issue date be, subject.
Gaming Law means the gaming laws, rules, regulations or ordinances of any jurisdiction or jurisdictions to which Las Vegas Sands, the Issuer or any of their respective Affiliates is, or may be, at any time subject.

Gaming Law means any and all laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, policies, orders, codes, decrees or judgments, and Gaming License conditions or restrictions, as amended from time to time, now or hereafter in effect or promulgated, pertaining to the operation, control, maintenance, alteration, modification or capital improvement of a Gaming Facility or the conduct of a person or entity holding a Gaming License, including, without limitation, any Nevada Gaming Laws and any requirements imposed by a regulatory agency, commission, board or other governmental body pursuant to the jurisdiction and authority granted to it under applicable law, and all other rules, regulations, orders, ordinances and legal requirements of any Gaming Authority.
