Gaming Law definition
Gaming Law means any gaming law or regulation of any jurisdiction or jurisdictions to which the Company or any of their Subsidiaries (including Icahn Enterprises Holdings) is, or may at any time after the issue date be, subject.
Gaming Law means, with respect to any Person, any Law governing or relating to the manufacture, sale, distribution or operation of gaming equipment or systems, the design, operation or distribution of internet gaming and sports wagering services or products, the ownership or operation of any current or contemplated casino, or online gaming and sports wagering products and services and any business transactions relating thereto or other gaming activities and operations of such Person and its subsidiaries, including, without limitation, the rules and regulations promulgated by any Gaming Authority.
Gaming Law means the gaming laws, rules, regulations or ordinances of any jurisdiction or jurisdictions to which Wynn Resorts, the Issuer or any of their respective Affiliates, including the Concessionaire, is, or may be, at any time subject.
Examples of Gaming Law in a sentence
To the extent required by any Gaming Law, Borrower shall notify all relevant Gaming Authorities of any amendment to this Agreement or any Loan Document.
If a licensee violates a provision of the Gaming Law, a regulation promulgated by the Commission, or a directive of the Commission or the Director of the MLGCA, the Commission is authorized to, after a hearing, take action against a licensee that may include suspension or revocation of a license, and levying a civil penalty for each violation.
If any provision of this Agreement is illegal or unenforceable under any Gaming Law, such provision shall be void and of no force or effect.
Subject to any applicable Gaming Law, Beneficiary shall have the option to control such action or defense, whether or not Beneficiary elects to appear.
All necessary consents to the effectiveness of this Amendment, including any approval of any Gaming Authority required in accordance with any Gaming Law, shall have been obtained and shall be in full force and effect.
More Definitions of Gaming Law
Gaming Law means any and all laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, policies, orders, codes, decrees or judgments, and Gaming License conditions or restrictions, as amended from time to time, now or hereafter in effect or promulgated, pertaining to the operation, control, maintenance, alteration, modification or capital improvement of a Gaming Facility or the conduct of a person or entity holding a Gaming License, including, without limitation, any Nevada Gaming Laws and any requirements imposed by a regulatory agency, commission, board or other governmental body pursuant to the jurisdiction and authority granted to it under applicable law, and all other rules, regulations, orders, ordinances and legal requirements of any Gaming Authority.
Gaming Law means any federal, state, provincial, local, international, tribal or foreign law, statute, order, rule, regulation, decree, ordinance or interpretation pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses or asserts regulatory or licensing authority over the ownership, operation, management or conduct of gaming and related activities.
Gaming Law means the gaming laws, rules, regulations or ordinances of any jurisdiction or jurisdictions to which Wynn Las Vegas or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries or Guarantors is, or may be, at any time after the date of this Indenture, subject.

Gaming Law means any national, federal, tribal, state, county or local statute, law, ordinance, rule, regulation, permit, consent, approval, finding of suitability, license, judgment, order, decree, injunction or other authorization governing or relating to gaming and related activities and operations, including the rules and regulations of the Gaming Authorities.
