Neither the Company, the Bank nor any other Subsidiary has received any written notice of proceedings relating to the revocation or modification of any such Governmental Licenses.
The Company and its Subsidiaries possess such permits, licenses, approvals, consents and other authorizations (collectively, “Governmental Licenses”) issued by the appropriate Governmental Agencies necessary to conduct the business now operated by them except where the failure to possess such Governmental Licenses would not, singularly or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect on the Company or such applicable Subsidiary of the Company.
