Further Securities definition

Further Securities means any Securities issued pursuant to Condition 13 (Further Issues) and forming a single series with the outstanding Securities;

Further Securities means any further securities issued pursuant to Condition 16 of the Securities and consolidated and forming a single series with the then outstanding Securities;

Further Securities means bonds or notes (whether in bearer or registered form) of the Issuer constituted by a Trust Deed supplemental to this Trust Deed pursuant to Clause 2(D) or the principal amount thereof for the time being outstanding or as the context may require a specific number thereof and includes any replacements for Further Securities issued pursuant to Condition 14 and where applicable any Global Security issued in respect thereof and, where the context requires or admits, includes the Receipts issued in respect of any Further Securities;

Examples of Further Securities in a sentence

• Prior to completing the Proposed Issuance in question, the Corporation must first give notice (hereinafter called the “Share Offer”) to each Pre-Emptive Shareholder, by email to the email address last shown on the Corporation’s records, of the Proposed Issuance including the number of Proposed Securities, the number of Further Securities each Pre-Emptive Shareholder may purchase and the cash purchase price payable for the Further Securities.

• To accept the Share Offer, a Pre-Emptive Shareholder must deliver to the Corporation a notice in writing (an “Acceptance Notice”) of its intention to accept the Share Offer, specifying the number of Further Securities the Pre- Emptive Shareholder in question wishes to subscribe for, and deliver the purchase price payable for such Further Securities subscribed for.

Further Securities means bonds or notes of the Company constituted by a deed supplemental to this Trust Deed pursuant to Clause 2(D) or the amount thereof for the time being outstanding or, as the context may require, a specific number thereof, and includes any replacements for Further Securities issued pursuant to Condition 12 and, where applicable, any temporary global bond or note issued in respect thereof;

Further Securities means securities issued by the Issuer in accordance with Condition 16 (Further Securities; Other Pools; Transfers to New or Existing Pools; Consolidation and Division);

Further Securities means securities issued by the Issuer in accordance with Condition 15 (Further Securities; Other Pools; Fork Events; Consolidation and Division);

Further Securities means any further Securities issued by the Issuer which are consolidated and form a single Series with the existing Securities of the relevant Series in accordance with Condition 16.1 of such Securities.

Further Securities means any securities of the Issuer constituted in relation to a deed supplemental to this Trust Deed pursuant to Clause 2.5 and for the time being outstanding or, as the context may require, a specific number thereof;
