Examples of Further Securities in a sentence
Upon the issue of any Further Securities the rate of remuneration in force immediately prior thereto shall be increased by such amount as shall be agreed between the Issuer and the Trustee, such increased remuneration to be calculated from such date as shall be agreed as aforesaid.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Collateral Agent is hereby granted an irrevocable proxy coupled with an interest to exercise all voting power with respect to the Subsidiary Securities and/or the Further Securities, effective upon the occurrence of an Event of Default.
Any further notes, bonds or debentures and/or Further Securities forming a single series with the outstanding notes, bonds or debentures and/or Further Securities of any series (including the Original Bonds) constituted by this Trust Deed or any deed supplemental to it shall, and any other notes, bonds or debentures and/or Further Securities may (with the consent of the Trustee), be constituted by a deed supplemental to this Trust Deed.
In any such case the Company shall prior to the issue of any further bonds or notes to be so constituted (being Further Securities) or as soon as practicable thereafter execute and deliver to the Trustee a deed supplemental to this Trust Deed (if applicable duly stamped or denoted).
Further Securities of this series may also be authenticated and delivered as provided by Sections 304, 305, 306 or 906 of the Indenture.
