Private Warrants definition

Private Warrants means the Warrants the Investors are privately purchasing simultaneously with the consummation of the Company’s initial public offering.
Private Warrants shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
Private Warrants means the warrants included in the Private Units.

  • The Private Warrants and Working Capital Warrants will be identical to the Public Warrants.
