This Trust. DEED is made the 10th day of January 1989 BETWEEN ▇▇▇▇▇ INDUSTRIES plc a company incorporated in England with registered number 54802 whose registered office is at Great ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ZIF (hereinafter called the "Company") and THE LAW DEBENTURE TRUST CORPORATION p.l.c. a company incorporated under the laws of England whose principal office is at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ (hereinafter called the "Trustee" which expression shall, wherever the context so admits, include such company and all other persons or companies for the time being the trustee or trustees of these presents) of the second part.
