CHAPS means same day electronic transfer of funds payments in GBP in the UK made through the Clearing House Automated Payment System (CHAPS).

Designs means your plans, layouts, specifications, drawings and designs for the proposed furnishings, fixtures, equipment, signs and décor of the Hotel that use and incorporate the Standards.

Touch-up coating means a coating used to cover minor coating imperfections appearing after the main coating operation.

Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.
Systems Engineering means preparing specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design.
Samples mean representative physical examples of materials, equipment or workmanship, used to confirm compliance with requirements and/or to establish standards for use in execution of the Work.
Chip means the microchip embedded in the Card and visible on the Card as a Gold or Silver coloured microchip.
