Fixtures and Attachments definition

Fixtures and Attachments means all fixtures, equipment, machinery and other items of property, including all components thereof, that are now or hereafter located in, on or used in connection with and permanently affixed to or are otherwise incorporated into Real Property, or are otherwise deemed “fixtures” under applicable state Law or a Fixture and Attachment under the Methodology; and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all millwork, doors, door frames, handles, windows, window frames, locks, fire and other alarm systems, security systems, flooring, tiling, lighting, lighting fixtures, chandeliers, sconces, valances, xxxxxxx, paneling, partitions, seating, insulation, bars, bar tops, counter tops, fountains, sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems, toilets, sinks, plumbing, pumps, showerheads, bathtubs, showers, faucets, curtain rods, countertops, awnings, bannisters, railings, cables, wiring, power switches, conduits, sensors, wallpaper, wheelchair lifts, hydraulics, insulation, boilers, heaters, water tanks, water heaters, fans, gates, conveyor belts, and lifts (including handicap).
Fixtures and Attachments. All partitions, plumbing, electrical wiring, additions to or improvements upon the Premises, whether installed by Lessor or Lessee, shall be and become a part of the building as soon as installed and the property of Lessor, except for Lessee's trade fixtures and unless otherwise herein provided. The parties expressly agree that any equipment installed by Lessee and used in the making, brewing, fermenting and packaging of beer and soft drinks, including without limitation, conveyors and coolers, shall be deemed "trade fixtures" for purposes of this Section 4.14, including, without limitation, the items listed on attached Schedule 1. Upon the expiration of this Lease, Lessee shall, subject to any right of landlord's lien on the part of Lessor, be entitled to remove its movable trade fixtures, provided that in so doing Lessee shall promptly and at its own expense repair any injury to the Premises resulting from the installation of or removal of the same so as to restore the Premises as nearly as possible to their original condition at the time of Lessee's occupancy hereunder, subject only to reasonable wear and tear and damage by casualty.

  • Fixtures and Fittings means all the Landlord’s furniture, furnishings, sanitary xxxx, decorative features, white goods, other equipment or any floor, ceiling or wall coverings and include anything listed in any Inventory and Schedule of Condition supplied.

  • Fixtures and Equipment means, with respect to any Person, all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery and equipment owned or leased by such Person and located in, at or upon the Assets of such Person.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Attachments means any item the Solicitation requires a Service Provider to submit as part of the Offer.

  • Fixtures means those leasehold improvements, additions, alterations and installations constituting all or a part of Bank Premises and which were acquired, added, built, installed or purchased at the expense of the Failed Bank, regardless of the holder of legal title thereto as of Bank Closing.

  • Machinery means any article or combination of articles assembled, arranged or connected and which is used or intended to be used for converting any form of energy to performing work, or which is used or intended to be used, whether incidental thereto or not, for developing, receiving, storing, containing, confining, transforming, transmitting, transferring or controlling any form of energy;

  • Pole Attachment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.8.1.

  • Annexures means any of the annexures, appendices, supplements or documents annexed to this Agreement and as amended from time to time;

  • Furniture means articles of which wood, reeds, rattan, cane, seagrass or metal comprise the whole or part and such as are usually made or assembled by cabinet makers, assemblers in the furnishing trades, chair and couch makers, upholsterers, wood carvers, or wood turners; and

  • Fixture “general intangible”, “goods”, “health-care-insurance receivable”, “instruments”, “inventory”, “investment property”, “letter-of-credit right”, “proceeds”, “record”, “securities account”, “security”, “supporting obligation” and “tangible chattel paper”.

  • Personal Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).

  • Exhibits means the several exhibits referred to and identified in this Agreement.

  • Appliances means and include electrical, mechanical and electronic appliances such as refrigerator, television, DVD player, videocassette recorder/player, washing machine, microwave oven, music system, personal computer, laptops and air-conditioner contained or fixed in the Insured’s home for domestic use.

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.

  • Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).

  • Plant and Equipment means permanent plant, equipment, machinery, apparatus, articles and things of all kinds to be provided and incorporated in the Facilities by the Contractor under the Contract (including the spare parts to be supplied by the Contractor under GCC Sub-Clause 3.3 hereof), but does not include Contractor’s Equipment.

  • Appurtenances means all rights, titles, and interests of Seller appurtenant to the Land and Improvements, including, but not limited to, (i) all easements, rights of way, rights of ingress and egress, tenements, hereditaments, privileges, and appurtenances in any way belonging to the Land or Improvements, (ii) any land lying in the bed of any alley, highway, street, road or avenue, open or proposed, in front of or abutting or adjoining the Land, (iii) any strips or gores of real estate adjacent to the Land, and (iv) the use of all alleys, easements and rights-of-way, if any, abutting, adjacent, contiguous to or adjoining the Land.

  • Equipments and ‘Plants’ shall mean and include all sorts of machineries and accessories, apparatus, instruments, components manufactured articles and parts etc. to be supplied or provided by the contractor under the terms of the contract , unless otherwise specified

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Machinery and equipment means machinery used in manufacturing establishments and computers except point-of-sale equipment as defined in Iowa Code section 427A.1. The term does not include computer software.

  • street furniture ’ means public facilities and structures which are not intended primarily for advertising and includes but is not limited to seating benches, planters, bins, pole mounted bins, bus shelters, sidewalk clocks, drinking fountains, Telkom boxes, traffic signal controllers, electricity boxes, post boxes and telephone booths, but excludes road traffic signs, traffic signals, street lights or any other road-related structures;

  • Installations means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.

  • Structures means an elevated road or a flyover, as the case may be;

  • farm building means that part of a bona fide farming operation encompassing barns, silos and other ancillary development to an agricultural use, but excluding a residential use;

  • Farm machinery means all machines and tools that are used in the production, harvesting, and care of farm products, and includes trailers that are used to transport agricultural produce or agricultural production materials between a local place of storage or supply and the farm, agricultural tractors, threshing machinery, hay-baling machinery, corn shellers, hammermills, and machinery used in the production of horticultural, agricultural, and vegetable products.

  • Schedules means the document(s) entitled schedules, completed by the Contractor and submitted with the Letter of Tender, as included in the Contract. Such document may include the Bills of Quantities, data, lists, and schedules of rates and/or prices.
