First Mezzanine Loan Documents definition

First Mezzanine Loan Documents means the First Mezzanine Loan Agreement, the First Mezzanine Notes, and all other documents and instruments executed and delivered in connection with the First Mezzanine Loan, as such documents may be amended, modified and restated in accordance with their respective terms.
First Mezzanine Loan Documents has the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto.
First Mezzanine Loan Documents means the documents evidencing and securing the First Mezzanine Loan, as any of the foregoing may be modified, amended, extended, supplemented, restated or replaced from time to time.

  • Borrower shall furnish or cause to be furnished to Lender receipts for the payment of the Taxes and the Other Charges prior to the date the same shall become delinquent; provided, however, that Borrower is not required to furnish or cause to be furnished such receipts for payment of Taxes in the event that such Taxes have been paid by Mortgage Lender pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Documents (or by First Mezzanine Lender pursuant to the First Mezzanine Loan Documents).

  • Mezzanine Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Mezzanine Loan Agreement.
