Consent Judgment definition
Consent Judgment means a state-specific consent judgment in a form to be agreed upon by the Settling States, Participating Subdivisions, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ prior to the Initial Participation Date that, among other things, (1) approves this Agreement and (2) provides for the release set forth in Section IV, including the dismissal with prejudice of any Released Claims that the Settling State has brought against Released Entities.
Consent Judgment means the consent judgment, as the same has been and may be corrected, amended, or modified, in the action styled as The State of Minnesota, By Hubert Humphrey, III, Its attorney general, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota v. Consent Judgment means a consent decree, order, judgment, or similar action; in connection with this Agreement, the Parties have agreed to the entry of the Consent Judgment attached hereto as Exhibit H, which provides for the release set forth below and the dismissal with prejudice of any Released Claims that the State of Florida Office of the Attorney General has brought against Releasees, on the terms and conditions specified herein.
