Consent Judgment definition

Consent Judgment means a state-specific consent judgment in a form to be agreed upon by the Settling States, Participating Subdivisions, and Xxxxxxx prior to the Initial Participation Date that, among other things, (1) approves this Agreement and (2) provides for the release set forth in Section IV, including the dismissal with prejudice of any Released Claims that the Settling State has brought against Released Entities.
Consent Judgment means the consent judgment, as the same has been and may be corrected, amended, or modified, in the action styled as The State of Minnesota, By Hubert Humphrey, III, Its attorney general, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota v. Philip Morris Incorporated, et al., No. C1-94-8565 (Minnesota District Court, Second Judicial District, May 8, 1998).
Consent Judgment means a consent decree, order, judgment, or similar action; in connection with this Agreement, the Parties have agreed to the entry of the Consent Judgment attached hereto as Exhibit H, which provides for the release set forth below and the dismissal with prejudice of any Released Claims that the State of Florida Office of the Attorney General has brought against Releasees, on the terms and conditions specified herein.

Examples of Consent Judgment in a sentence

  • Any Party seeking to modify this Consent Judgment shall attempt in good faith to meet and confer with all affected Parties prior to filing a motion to modify the Consent Judgment.

  • This Consent Judgment may be modified from time to time by express written agreement of the Parties with the approval of the Court, or by an order of this Court upon motion and in accordance with law.

  • Consistent with the foregoing, each Party and each Participating Subdivision agrees that it will not directly or indirectly assist or encourage any challenge to this Agreement or any Consent Judgment by any other person, and will support the integrity and enforcement of the terms of this Agreement and the Consent Judgments.

  • If Settling Defendant has received more than four Notices of Violation in any 12-month period, at CEH’s option, CEH may seek whatever fines, costs, penalties, or remedies are provided by law for failure to comply with the Consent Judgment.

  • An order directing non-monetary equitable relief, including injunctive relief, directing specific performance under the terms of this Consent Judgment, or other non-monetary corrective action.
