Order and Final Judgment definition

Order and Final Judgment means the order and final judgment of the Court approving the Settlement Agreement, as described in Section II(E)(7) below.
Order and Final Judgment means the proposed order to be entered approving the Settlement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Order and Final Judgment means the judgment to be rendered by the Court, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • The Order and Final Judgment shall contain a finding that during the course of the litigation, the parties and their respective counsel at all times complied with the requirements of the Court’s rules and all other similar laws relating to the institution, prosecution, defense, or settlement of the Action.

  • If the Settlement embodied in this Stipulation is approved by the Court, the Parties shall request that the Court enter the Order and Final Judgment, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.

More Definitions of Order and Final Judgment

Order and Final Judgment means the final order to be entered by the Court approving the Settlement pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, dismissing the Action with prejudice, releasing claims, and otherwise directing as the Court or the Parties deem necessary and appropriate to effectuate the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Order and Final Judgment means the Order and Final Judgment to be entered in the Action substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, or as modified by agreement of the Parties in writing.
