Order and Final Judgment definition

Order and Final Judgment means the order and final judgment of the Court approving the Settlement Agreement, as described in Section II(E)(7) below.
Order and Final Judgment means the judgment to be rendered by the Court, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
