Final Date of Employment definition

Final Date of Employment means April 15, 2006.
Final Date of Employment means February 27, 2006.
Final Date of Employment means March 31, 2007, or such earlier date as may be determined by VAIL RESORTS in its sole discretion; provided that in the event that VAIL RESORTS elects to determine that the Final Date of Employment shall occur before March 31, 2007, then VAIL RESORTS shall take all actions necessary to ensure that such determination does not reduce or otherwise affect EXECUTIVE’S rights under this agreement, her options to purchase stock of VAIL RESORTS or other equity-based compensation plans or agreements (provided that this Agreement shall not be construed or applied so as to modify any stock option agreement or plan so as to extend the period following the Final Date of Employment that EXECUTIVE has the right to exercise any option to purchase VAIL RESORTS stock beyond the period prescribed in such stock option agreement and/or plan), including the right to and amount of payments and other benefits to which EXECUTIVE is entitled under Sections 3 and 4, below.

Examples of Final Date of Employment in a sentence

  • Other than as expressly set forth in this Agreement, the EXECUTIVE will have no rights to future benefits under any employee benefit plan or arrangement of the Companies following the Final Date of Employment, except to the extent such benefits have been earned and accrued as of the Final Date of Employment.

  • Employee also agrees to return all Company equipment, and all other Company property in his possession or control at or prior to the exit interview, or in any event, if for any reason no such interview takes place, on or before the Final Date of Employment.

  • Employee agrees that he shall submit all expense reports to Company no later than sixty (60) days following the Final Date of Employment.

  • The parties hereto acknowledge that, following the Final Date of Employment, the EXECUTIVE shall not be considered an officer or employee of ROCKRESORTS.

  • The S.I. shall, upon request, reimburse the Contractor for the entire amount of premiums paid for Performance and Payment bonds (including coinsurance and reinsurance agreements, when applicable) after furnishing evidence of full payment to the surety.

  • Any stock options, restricted stock or other equity-based compensation awards held by the EXECUTIVE that are not vested as of the EXECUTIVE'S Final Date of Employment will be immediately cancelled and forfeited.

  • The EXECUTIVE shall remove all of his personal possessions from his office by no later than April 15, 2006, provided that the EXECUTIVE shall not return to his office after the Final Date of Employment other than at such time agreed to by ROCKRESORTS in order to remove his personal possessions.

  • Radio Holdings, Inc., 136 Wn.2d 152, 159, 961 P.2d 371 (1998) (this court construes the statute liberally in order to “protect employee wages and assure payment.”) to Employee through the Final Date of Employment.

  • The EXECUTIVE'S rights with respect to his accrued benefits, as of the Final Date of Employment, under the Companies' 401(k) Plan will be as set forth in the applicable plan documents, and any conversion or continuation right the EXECUTIVE may have under any other VAIL CORPORATION sponsored employee benefit plan will be as set forth in the applicable plan document and shall be at his sole expense.

  • The Companies shall similarly not disparage the EXECUTIVE for a period of five (5) years following the Final Date of Employment.

Related to Final Date of Employment

  • Date of Employment means the first day an Employee performs an Hour of Service.

  • Year of Employment means a period of service of 12 months.

  • Period of Employment shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. Provision of notice that the Period of Employment shall not be extended or further extended, as the case may be, shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute “Good Reason” for purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided below in this Agreement.

  • Scope of employment means performance by an employee acting in good faith within the duties of the employee’s office or employment or of tasks lawfully assigned by a competent authority including the operation or use of an agency vehicle or equipment with actual or implied consent of the supervisor of the employee, but shall not include corruption or fraud;

  • Post-Employment Period shall have the meaning set forth in Article 8.

  • Length of Employment means the period of time since an employee last became a full-time or part-time employee in a permanent or term position for purposes of calculating all entitlements pursuant to this Agreement including, but not limited to, vacation, bonus vacation and pre-retirement leave and “Length of Service” shall have a similar meaning. Conversion from full-time or part-time status to casual status shall be considered a break in service and no period of casual employment or prior full-time or part-time employment in a permanent or term position shall be included in an employee’s length of employment or length of service even when a casual employee subsequently becomes a full-time or part-time employee.

  • Employment Termination Date means, with respect to a Participant, the first day upon which the Participant no longer has an employment or service relationship with the Company or any Related Company.

  • Employment Date means the first date as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service, provided that, in the case of a Break in Service, the Employment Date shall be the first date thereafter as of which an Employee is credited with an Hour of Service.

  • Self-employment shall be where a Claimant sets up his/her own business and is responsible for paying his/her tax and National Insurance.

  • Date of Termination means the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the case may be; provided, however, that (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company notifies the Executive of such termination and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.

  • Term of Employment means the period specified in Section 2 below.

  • Termination of Employment means that the Executive ceases to be employed by the Company for any reason, voluntary or involuntary, other than by reason of a leave of absence approved by the Company.

  • Employment Year means each twelve-month period, or part thereof, during which Employee is employed hereunder, commencing on the Commencement Date and on the same day of the subsequent calendar year and each consecutive 12 month period thereafter.

  • Employment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

  • Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.

  • Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change in Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the occurrence of the Change in Control and (ii) the Executive’s death.

  • Employment outcome means, with respect to an eligible individual, entering, advancing in, or retaining full-time or part-time competitive integrated employment as defined in 34 CFR §361.5(c) (9) (including customized employment, self-employment, telecommuting, or business ownership), or supported employment as defined in 34 CFR §361.5(c) (53), that is consistent with an individual's unique strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, interests, and informed choice. (Note: As specified in federal rule, a designated State unit may continue services to individuals with uncompensated employment goals on their approved individualized plans for employment prior to the effective date of the final federal regulations until June 30, 2017, unless a longer period of time is required based on the needs of the individual with the disability, as documented in the individual's service record.)

  • self-employment route means assistance in pursuing self-employed earner’s employment whilst participating in—

  • Employment Commencement Date means the date on which the Employee first performs an Hour of Service.

  • Employment Term has the meaning specified in Section 2.

  • Covered Employment means employment in a covered position.

  • Involuntary Termination of Employment means any termination of Executive's employment by the Company and its subsidiaries, other than a termination for Cause or due to death or Disability.

  • contract of employment means a contract of service or apprenticeship, whether express or implied, and (if it is express) whether oral or in writing;

  • Separation Date has the meaning set forth in the Separation Agreement.

  • employment zone means an area within Great Britain designated for the purposes of section 60 of the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 and an “employment zone programme” means a programme established for such an area or areas designed to assist claimants for a jobseeker’s allowance to obtain sustainable employment;

  • Consulting Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14(f) hereof.
