Base Contract Work definition

Base Contract Work for each Project means all work required under the Scope Documents, as in effect on the Work Order Date. Any Extra Work that was added to the Project by Discretionary HTFC Change shall also be deemed “Base Contract Work” after the effective date of such Discretionary HTFC Change.
Base Contract Work for each Project means all work required under the Demolition Specifications, as in effect on the Project Addendum Date. Any Extra Work that was added to the Project by Discretionary Owner Change shall also be deemed "Base Contract Work" after the effective date of such Discretionary Owner Change.

Examples of Base Contract Work in a sentence

  • If any portion of the Work is to be performed on a unit price basis, the Unit Price shall include all costs of coordinating and incorporating the unit-priced portion of the Work into the Base Contract Work.

  • If any portion of the Work is to be performed upon the timely exercise of an Option, the Option Price shall include all costs of coordinating and incorporating the Option- priced portion of the Work into the Base Contract Work.

  • If any portion of the Work is to be performed upon the timely exercise of an Option, the Option Price shall include all costs of coordinating and incorporating the Option-priced portion of the Work into the Base Contract Work.

  • Any Extra Work that was added to the Project by Discretionary Owner Change shall also be deemed "Base Contract Work" after the effective date of such Discretionary Owner Change.

  • As used herein a “Discretionary Owner Change” means Extra Work which materially changes the Base Contract Work and is specifically required by a written order of Owner describing the same.

  • As used herein a “Discretionary HTFC Change” means Extra Work which materially changes the Base Contract Work and is specifically required by a written order of HTFC describing the same.

  • Any Extra Work that was added to the Project by Discretionary HTFC Change shall also be deemed "Base Contract Work" after the effective date of such Discretionary HTFC Change.

  • Based upon the actual final costs incurred to perform and complete the Work for Contract 1, the total of the Base Contract Work and Base Contract Additions were performed under the budget of the Contractor’s approved Bid Amount.

  • If the equipment is also used on Base Contract Work, no mobilization or demobilization cost will be paid.
