Contingent Payment definition

Contingent Payment means any payment that has been (or is required to be) ------------------ made under any of the following circumstances:
Contingent Payment has the meaning ascribed in Section 2.3(1);
Contingent Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 (Contingent Payments).
