If a Debit Payment is returned unpaid by your financial institution you will be liable for any dishonored fees charged by that financial institution.
In the event of a transfer of the Balance to a Vehicle which has higher Service Cost(s) than the current Vehicle, then the Customer will be advised of any change in the Total Payment and any payments made under the Direct Debit Payment Scheme will be adjusted accordingly.

If the Debit Day falls on a day that is not a Business Day, we may direct your financial institution to debit your Account on the following Business Day; you therefore waive your right to receive advance notification of the Debit Payment prior to the Debit Day.
