Deficiency Payment definition

Deficiency Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 9(a).

Deficiency Payment means the payment due by a VC Shipper to Carrier, in accordance with VC Shipper’s TGSA, for such Committed Shipper’s Monthly Deficient Barrels.

Deficiency Payment means payments to be made by a Committed Shipper as determined in accordance with Article 7 of the TSA.

Examples of Deficiency Payment in a sentence

• Such notice shall include the communication that the Market Participant may be subject to a Deficiency Payment if such deficiency is not cured.

• The LRE is responsible to meet the Resource Adequacy Requirement for the Summer Season and Winter Season and failure to comply shall result in a Deficiency Payment as calculated in accordance with Section 14.2 of this Attachment AA.

• No later than June 15th of each year, the Transmission Provider shall post its final report on the status of each LRE’s compliance with the Resource Adequacy Requirement for the upcoming Summer Season and whether the respective Market Participant is subject to the Deficiency Payment.

• On or before June 30th of each year, and after the posting of the final report, the Transmission Provider shall calculate and assess the Deficiency Payment relating to the Summer Season Resource Adequacy Requirement in accordance with the provisions contained in Sections 14.2 and 14.3, respectively, of this Attachment AA.

• Additionally, both the Summer and Winter Season’s would now include a Deficiency Payment for any capacity shortfall.

More Definitions of Deficiency Payment

Deficiency Payment shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.01(e) hereof.

Deficiency Payment means payments to be made by a Committed Shipper as determined in accordance with a TSA.

Deficiency Payment means a payment to be made by a Volume Commitment Shipper, as determined in accordance with a Volume Commitment TSA.

Deficiency Payment means the payment due by a Committed Shipper, in accordance with the Committed Shipper’s TSA, for such Committed Shipper’s Monthly Deficient Barrels.

Deficiency Payment means the payment by SHIPPER for a shortfall during any Month in meeting the Minimum Monthly Volume Requirement, which payment shall be calculated based upon the Actual Shipments during such Month and shall be equal to the product of:
