Expiration of Offer. The offer set forth in this Schedule and the Agreement is valid only through June 30, 2004 and if the Schedule and the Agreement are not executed by both parties by such date, the offer is rescinded, all terms are null and void, and neither party shall have any obligation in relation thereto.
Expiration of Offer. The offer set forth in this Agreement expires at 11:59 p.m. local time in the jurisdiction where you last worked for the Company on the fourteenth (14th) day after delivery of this Agreement to you, i.e., March 1, 2023 (the “Expiration Date”).
