Waiver and Release means the Waiver and Release attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Waiver and Release means a legal document, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A or such other form as may be prescribed by the Company, but which form may not be altered, amended or modified after execution of a binding agreement to effect a Change of Control without the consent of the Executive.
