Existing MSR Facilities definition

Existing MSR Facilities means the MSR Facilities of the Issuer and its Restricted Subsidiaries in existence on the Issue Date, in each case, together with the related documents thereto (including, without limitation, any security documents), in each case as such agreements may be amended (including any amendment and restatement thereof), supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, including any agreement extending the maturity of, increasing the interest rate or fees applicable thereto, refinancing, replacing or otherwise restructuring (including adding Subsidiaries of the Issuer as additional borrowers or guarantors thereunder) all or any portion of the Indebtedness under such agreement or any successor or replacement agreement and whether by the same or any other agent, lender or group of lenders.

Related to Existing MSR Facilities

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Debt Facilities means one or more debt facilities (including, without limitation, the Credit Agreement) or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders providing for revolving credit loans, term loans, receivables financing (including through the sale of receivables to such lenders or to special purpose entities formed to borrow from such lenders against such receivables) or letters of credit or issuances of debt securities evidenced by notes, debentures, bonds or similar instruments, in each case, as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced (including by means of sales of debt securities) in whole or in part from time to time (and whether or not with the original administrative agent, lenders or trustee or another administrative agent or agents, other lenders or trustee and whether provided under the original Credit Agreement or any other credit or other agreement or indenture).

  • Existing Financing means the financing arrangements that provided for a security interest granted by Company in the Aircraft and that were outstanding on August 3, 2020.

  • City Facilities means City or publicly-owned structures or equipment located within the right of way or public easement used for governmental purposes.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Revolving Facilities means collectively the Initial Revolving Facility and each New Revolving Facility and “Revolving Facility” means any such facility individually.

  • Existing Project is a Project that has achieved Commercial Operation on or prior to the Execution Date.

  • Incremental Facilities has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Utility Facilities means all personal property and real property owned or controlled by Utility, including Poles.
