Eurodollar Floating Rate definition

Eurodollar Floating Rate means a fluctuating rate of interest equal to the rate per annum equal to LIBOR, as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Lender from time to time) as determined for each banking day at or about 11:00 a.m. London time two (2) Business Days prior to the date in question, for Dollar deposits (for delivery on the first day of such Interest Period) with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then such rate will be determined by such alternate method as reasonably selected by the Lender.
Eurodollar Floating Rate means for any day with respect to a Eurodollar Floating Rate Loan, a rate per annum determined by Agent pursuant to the following formula: Eurodollar Floating Rate = Eurodollar Base Rate
Eurodollar Floating Rate means, on any date, the rate per annum equal to (i) BBA LIBOR, at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time determined two Business Days prior to such date for Dollar deposits being delivered in the London interbank market for a term of one month commencing that day or (ii) if such published rate is not available at such time for any reason, the rate per annum determined by the Agent to be the rate at which deposits in Dollars for delivery on the date of determination in same day funds in the approximate amount of the Eurodollar Floating Rate Loan being made or maintained and with a term equal to one month would be offered by Bank of America’s London Branch to major banks in the London interbank Eurodollar market at their request at the date and time of determination.

  • Any such automatic conversion to Eurodollar Floating Rate Loans shall be effective as of the last day of the Interest Period then in effect with respect to the applicable Eurodollar Fixed Rate Loans.

Eurodollar Floating Rate means a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to the BBA LIBOR, as published by Reuters (or other commercially available source providing quotations of BBA LIBOR as selected by Agent from time to time) as determined for each banking day at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time two (2) Business Days prior to the date in question, for U.S. Dollar deposits (for delivery on the first day of such interest period) with a one month term, as adjusted from time to time in the Agent's sole discretion for reserve requirements, deposit insurance assessment rates and other regulatory costs. If such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the rate for that interest period will be determined by such alternate method as reasonably selected by the Agent.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Floating Rate Interest Period means, during the Floating Rate Period, the period beginning on (and including) a Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date; provided that the first Floating Rate Interest Period will begin on (and include) April 18, 2025 and will end on (but exclude) the first Floating Rate Period Interest Payment Date.

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Alternate Base Rate Loans means Loans that bear interest at an interest rate based on the Alternate Base Rate.

  • LIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBOR Loans.

  • Eurodollar Reserve Percentage means, for any day during any Interest Period, the reserve percentage (expressed as a decimal, carried out to five decimal places) in effect on such day, whether or not applicable to any Lender, under regulations issued from time to time by the FRB for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) with respect to Eurocurrency funding (currently referred to as “Eurocurrency liabilities”). The Eurodollar Rate for each outstanding Eurodollar Rate Loan shall be adjusted automatically as of the effective date of any change in the Eurodollar Reserve Percentage.

  • Eurodollar Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

  • Eurodollar Period means, as to each Eurodollar Rate Loan, the period commencing on the date specified by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(c) and ending 1, 2, 3 or, if available, 6 months (or, with the written consent of all of the Lenders, any other period) thereafter, as specified by Borrower in the applicable Request for Loan; provided that:

  • Eurodollar Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the applicable Eurodollar Rate.

  • LIBOR Advance means an Advance bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Rate.

  • LIBOR Interest Period means, with respect to a LIBOR Advance, a period of one, two, three or six months (to the extent that periods in excess of three months are generally available from the Lenders), as selected in advance by the Borrower.

  • Alternate Base Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at the Alternate Base Rate.

  • USD-LIBOR-BBA As defined in the Swap Agreement in the Annex to the 2000 ISDA Definitions.
