Eurocurrency Interest Period definition

Eurocurrency Interest Period means the Interest Period applicable to a Eurocurrency-based Advance.
Eurocurrency Interest Period means, for any Eurocurrency-based Advance, an interest period of one, two or three months (or such other period as is agreed to by Company and the Banks) as selected by the Company, for such Eurocurrency-based Advance pursuant to Section 2.3 or 2.5 hereof, as the case may be.
Eurocurrency Interest Period means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Borrowing, the period commencing on the date of such Borrowing and ending on the numerically corresponding day in the calendar month that is one, two, three or six months (or one week if commercially available to each Lender or, with regard only to a European Swingline Loan denominated in Dollars, GBP or Swiss francs, between 2 and 7 days), as Administrative Borrower may elect; provided that (a) if any Eurocurrency Interest Period would end on a day other than a Business Day, such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day unless such next succeeding Business Day would fall in the next calendar month, in which case such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall end on the immediately preceding Business Day, (b) any Eurocurrency Interest Period that commences on the last Business Day of a calendar month (or on a day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the last calendar month of such Eurocurrency Interest Period) shall end on the last Business Day of the last calendar month of such Eurocurrency Interest Period, (c) Administrative Borrower shall not select a Eurocurrency Interest Period that would extend beyond the Maturity Date of the applicable Loan and (d) Administrative Borrower shall not select Eurocurrency Interest Periods so as to require a payment or prepayment of any Eurocurrency Loan during a Eurocurrency Interest Period for such Loans. For purposes hereof, the date of a Borrowing initially shall be the date on which such Borrowing is made and thereafter shall be the effective date of the most recent conversion or continuation of such Borrowing.

  • Each Eurocurrency Borrowing Request shall specify (i) whether the Borrower is requesting a Eurocurrency Loan, or a continuation of a Eurocurrency Loan, (ii) the requested date of the borrowing or continuation, as the case may be, (iii) the principal amount of Eurocurrency Loans to be borrowed or continued, (iv) the duration of the Eurocurrency Interest Period with respect thereto and (v) the Eurocurrency requested.

  • If the Borrower requests a borrowing of, or continuation of, Eurocurrency Loans in any such Eurocurrency Borrowing Request, but fails to specify a Eurocurrency Interest Period, it will be deemed to have specified a Eurocurrency Interest Period of one month.

More Definitions of Eurocurrency Interest Period

Eurocurrency Interest Period means, with respect to a Eurocurrency Committed Advance, a Eurocurrency Committed Loan, a Eurocurrency Bid Rate Advance or a Eurocurrency Bid Rate Loan, a period of one, two, three or six months commencing on a Business Day selected by the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement. Such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall end on the day which corresponds numerically to such date of commencement one, two, three or six months thereafter, provided, however, that any such period which begins on the last Business Day of a calendar month (or on a day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the calendar month at the end of such period) shall end on the last Business Day of a calendar month. If a Eurocurrency Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall end on the next succeeding Business Day, provided, however, that if such next succeeding Business Day falls in a new month, such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall end on the immediately preceding Business Day.
Eurocurrency Interest Period means, with respect to any Eurocurrency Rate Loan, the period commencing on the day such Eurocurrency Rate Loan is made, converted to or continued as a Eurocurrency Rate Loan and ending on the date one, two, three or six months thereafter, as any Borrower may elect under Section 2.4 or 2.7, and each subsequent period commencing on the last day of the immediately preceding Eurocurrency Interest Period and ending on the date one, two, three or six months thereafter, as a Borrower may elect under Section 2.4 or 2.7, provided, however, that (a) any Eurocurrency Interest Period which commences on the last Eurocurrency Business Day of a calendar month (or on any day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the appropriate subsequent calendar month) shall end on the last Eurocurrency Business Day of the appropriate subsequent calendar month, (b) each Eurocurrency Interest Period which would otherwise end on a day which is not a Eurocurrency Business Day shall end on the next succeeding Eurocurrency Business Day or, if such next succeeding Eurocurrency Business Day falls in the next succeeding calendar month, on the next preceding Eurocurrency Business Day, and (c) no Eurocurrency Interest Period shall be permitted which would end after the Termination Date.
Eurocurrency Interest Period means with respect to any Eurocurrency Rate Borrowing, the period commencing on the date of such Borrowing and ending on the numerically corresponding day in the calendar month that is one, two, three or six months (or, to the extent agreed to by the Agent and each Lender making such Eurocurrency Rate Borrowing, twelve months or any shorter period) thereafter, as a Borrower may elect; provided that (a) if any Eurocurrency Interest Period would end on a day other than a Business Day, such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day unless such next succeeding Business Day would fall in the next calendar month, in which case such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall end on the next preceding Business Day, (b) any Eurocurrency Interest Period that commences on the last Business Day of a calendar month (or on a day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the last calendar month of such Eurocurrency Interest Period) shall end on the last Business Day of the last calendar month of such Eurocurrency Interest Period and (c) no Eurocurrency Interest Period for any (i) Eurocurrency Rate Revolving Loan shall end after the latest Scheduled Termination Date for the applicable Revolving Commitments under the applicable Revolving Facility or (ii) Eurocurrency Rate Term Loans shall end after the stated maturity date of such Term Loans.
Eurocurrency Interest Period means, with respect to a Eurocurrency Advance, a period of one, two, three or six months commencing on a Business Day selected by the Borrower in a Borrowing Notice or a Conversion/Continuation Notice and ending on the day which corresponds numerically to such date one, two, three or six months thereafter, as the Borrower may elect in such notice; provided, however, that (a) if the first day of such Interest Period is the last Business Day of a calendar month or if there is no such numerically corresponding day in such next, second, third or sixth succeeding month, such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall, subject to clause (c) below, end on the last Business Day of such next, second, third or sixth succeeding month, (b) if a Eurocurrency Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall, subject to clause (c) below, end on the next succeeding Business Day unless said next succeeding Business Day falls in a new calendar month, in which case such Eurocurrency Interest Period shall end on the immediately preceding Business Day and (c) any Eurocurrency Interest Period which would otherwise end after the Facility Termination Date shall end on the Facility Termination Date.
Eurocurrency Interest Period means, (a) for Swing Line Advances carried at the Eurocurrency-based Rate, an interest period of fourteen (14) days or one month (or any lesser number of days agreed to in advance by a Borrower, Agent and Swing Line Lender) and (b) for all other Eurocurrency-based Advances, an interest period of one, two, three or six months (or any lesser or greater number of days agreed to in advance by a Borrower together with Agent and Lenders) as selected by such Borrower, as applicable, for a Eurocurrency-based Advance pursuant to Section 2.3 or 2.5 hereof, as the case may be.

Eurocurrency Interest Period means, for Swing Line Advances carried at the Eurocurrency-based Rate, an interest period of seven days, one month (or any lesser number of days agreed to in advance by Company, Agent and the Swing Line Bank), and for all other Eurocurrency-based Advances, an interest period of one, two, three or six months (or any lesser or greater number of days agreed to in advance by Agent and the Banks), in each case as selected by Company, as applicable, for a Eurocurrency-based Advance pursuant to Section 2.3 or 2.5 hereof, as the case may be.
