Screen Page definition

Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service (including, but not limited to, the Bloomberg agency and Reuters) as may be specified hereon for the purpose of providing the Benchmark, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Benchmark; and

Screen Page means Reuters screen page EURIBOR01 or the relevant successor page on that service or on any other service as may be nominated as the information vendor for the purposes of displaying rates or prices comparable to the relevant offered quotation.

Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service (including, but not limited to, the Reuter Monitor Money Rates Service (“Reuters”) and the Bridge Telerate Service (“Telerate”)) as may be specified for the purpose of providing a Relevant Rate, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to that Relevant Rate.

Examples of Screen Page in a sentence

• If five or more of such offered quotations are available on the Relevant Screen Page, the highest (or, if there is more than one such highest quotation, one only of such quotations) and the lowest (or, if there is more than one such lowest quotation, one only of such quotations) shall be disregarded by the Agent for the purpose of determining the arithmetic mean (rounded as provided above) of such offered quotations.

• The Reference Rate is observed on every week day and shall be equal to the EUR Forward Implied 3 Month Rate (Bloomberg Page: EURI3M Curncy) (the "Relevant Screen Page") plus a spread (the "Spread") (each a "Reference Rate Component").

• The Agency Agreement contains provisions for determining the Rate of Interest in the event that the Relevant Screen Page is not available or if, in the case of (A) above, no such offered quotation appears or, in the case of (B) above, fewer than three such offered quotations appear, in each case as at the time specified in the preceding paragraph.

• If the Relevant Screen Page is not available or if, in the case of (1), no offered quotation appears or, in the case of (2), fewer than three offered quotations appear, in each case as at the Specified Time, the Issuer or an agent appointed by it shall request each of the Reference Banks to provide its offered quotation (expressed as a percentage rate per annum) for the Reference Rate at approximately the Specified Time on the Interest Determination Date in question.

• If five or more of such offered quotations are available on the Relevant Screen Page, the highest (or, if there is more than one such highest quotation, one only of such quotations) and the lowest (or, if there is more than one such lowest quotation, one only of such quotations) shall be disregarded by the Principal Paying Agent or the Calculation Agent, as the case may be, for the purpose of determining the arithmetic mean (rounded as provided above) of such offered quotations.
