Screen Page definition

Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service (including, but not limited to, the Bloomberg agency and Reuters) as may be specified hereon for the purpose of providing the Benchmark, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Benchmark; and

Screen Page means Reuters screen page EURIBOR01 or the relevant successor page on that service or on any other service as may be nominated as the information vendor for the purposes of displaying rates or prices comparable to the relevant offered quotation.

Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service (including, but not limited to, the Reuter Monitor Money Rates Service (“Reuters”) and the Bridge Telerate Service (“Telerate”)) as may be specified for the purpose of providing a Relevant Rate, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to that Relevant Rate.

Examples of Screen Page in a sentence

• Where Screen Rate Determination is specified in the applicable Final Terms (or in the case of Exempt Notes, the Pricing Supplement) as the manner in which the Rate of Interest in respect of an issue of Floating Rate Notes is to be determined, the Conditions provide that the Rate of Interest shall be determined by reference to the Relevant Screen Page (or its successor or replacement).

• Where the Relevant Screen Page is not available, and no successor or replacement for the Relevant Screen Page is available, the Conditions provide for the Rate of Interest to be determined by the Agent by reference to quotations from banks communicated to the Agent.

• In circumstances where the relevant reference rate is discontinued, neither the Relevant Screen Page, nor any successor or replacement may be available.
