Eurodollar Rate Borrowing definition

Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.
Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Advances.
Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing bearing interest at the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin for Eurodollar Rate Borrowings.

  • No Eurodollar Rate Borrowing may be either made or continued as a Eurodollar Rate Borrowing, and no Base Rate Borrowing may be converted to a Eurodollar Rate Borrowing, if the interest rate for such Eurodollar Rate Borrowing would exceed the Maximum Rate.

More Definitions of Eurodollar Rate Borrowing

Eurodollar Rate Borrowing or “Eurodollar Rate Loan” means a Borrowing or Loan, as applicable, that bears interest at a rate based on the Eurodollar Rate. For the avoidance of doubt, no Borrowing or Loan shall be considered a Eurodollar Rate Borrowing or Eurodollar Rate Loan solely as a result of the application of clause (c) of the definition of Base Rate.
Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means, as the case may be, either (a) a Borrowing (other than a Competitive Borrowing) bearing interest at the sum of the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin for Eurodollar Rate Borrowings or (b) a Competitive Borrowing bearing interest at the sum of the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate plus or minus the margin indicated for such Competitive Borrowing in the related Competitive Bid.
Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing bearing interest at the sum of the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin for Eurodollar Rate Borrowings. Exhibit means an exhibit to this Agreement unless otherwise specified.
Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means each portion of the principal balance of the Loans at any time bearing interest at a Eurodollar Rate. Eurodollar Reserve Requirement means, on any day, for any Loans of any Lender bearing interest at the Eurodollar Rate and any Interest Period, the average maximum rate at which reserves (including any marginal, supplemental or emergency reserves) are required to be maintained by such Lender during such Interest Period under Regulation D against "Eurocurrency liabilities" (as such term is used in Regulation D). Each determination of the Eurodollar Reserve Requirement by a Lender shall be conclusive and binding, absent manifest error, and may be computed using any reasonable averaging and attribution method.
Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing consisting of Eurodollar Rate Loans. “Event of Default” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.01.
Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing which, except as otherwise provided in Section 3.2, bears interest at the applicable Eurodollar Rate.
Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing bearing interest at the sum of the Adjusted Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin for Eurodollar Rate Borrowings. EVENT OF DEFAULT is defined in SECTION 10.
