LIBOR Advance definition
LIBOR Advance means an Advance that bears interest based at the LIBOR Rate.
LIBOR Advance means an Advance bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBOR Rate.
LIBOR Advance means an Advance which the Borrower requests to be made as, Converted to or Continued as a LIBOR Advance in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.2 hereof, and which shall be in a principal amount of at least $5,000,000.00 and in an integral multiple of $1,000,000.00.
Examples of LIBOR Advance in a sentence
The failure to give such notice shall preclude the Borrower from Continuing such Advance as a LIBOR Advance or Term SOFR Advance on such day and shall be considered a request for a Conversion to a Base Rate Advance (other than a Swingline Loan).
If the Borrower fails to give the Administrative Agent timely notice of its selection of an Interest Period for any LIBOR Advance or Term SOFR Advance then an Interest Period of one (1) month shall apply to such LIBOR Advance or Term SOFR Advance.
Upon the last Business Day of the applicable Interest Period such LIBOR Advance or Term SOFR Advance, as applicable, will, subject to the provisions hereof, be so repaid, Continued or Converted, as applicable.
More Definitions of LIBOR Advance
LIBOR Advance means any Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.06(b).
LIBOR Advance means an Advance in US Dollars bearing interest based on the LIBO Rate and includes deemed LIBOR Advances provided for in this Agreement.
LIBOR Advance means an Advance made hereunder and specified to be a LIBOR Advance in accordance with Article 2.
