Eurodollar Interest Period definition

Eurodollar Interest Period or "Interest Period" shall mean, with respect to a Eurodollar Loan, a period of one, two, three or six months commencing on a Business Day selected by the Borrowers pursuant to this Agreement. Such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the day which corresponds numerically to such date one, two, three or six months thereafter, provided, however, that if there is no such numerically corresponding day in such next, second, third or sixth succeeding month, such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the last Business Day of such next, second, third or sixth succeeding month. If a Eurodollar Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the next succeeding Business Day, provided, however, that if said next succeeding Business Day falls in a new calendar month, such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the immediately preceding Business Day.
Eurodollar Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Advance requested by the Borrower, the period commencing on, as the case may be, the Borrowing Date or the Conversion/Continuation Date with respect to such Eurodollar Advance and ending one, two, three or six months thereafter, as selected by the Borrower in its irrevocable Credit Request or its irrevocable Notice of Conversion/Continuation, provided, however, that (i) if any Eurodollar Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, such Eurodollar Interest Period shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day unless the result of such extension would be to carry such Interest Period into another calendar month or beyond the Maturity Date, in which event such Eurodollar Interest Period shall end on the immediately preceding Business Day, (ii) any Eurodollar Interest Period that begins on the last Business Day of a calendar month (or on a day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the calendar month at the end of such Eurodollar Interest Period) shall end on the last Business Day of a calendar month and (iii) the Borrower shall select Interest Periods so as not to have more than five different Eurodollar Interest Periods outstanding at any one time for all Eurodollar Advances.
Eurodollar Interest Period means, for any Eurodollar-based Advance, an Interest Period of one, two or three months (or any shorter or longer periods agreed to in advance by the Borrower, Agent and the Lenders) as selected by Borrower, for such Eurodollar-based Advance pursuant to Section 2.3 or 4.4 hereof, as the case may be.

  • The present value of such additional interest shall be calculated by discounting the amount of such interest for each day in the unexpired portion of such Eurodollar Interest Period from such day to the date of such repayment or termination at a per annum interest rate equal to the interest rate determined pursuant to clause (b) of the preceding sentence, and by adding all such amounts for all such days during such period.

  • In computing interest on any Loan, the date of the making of the Loan or the first day of a Eurodollar Interest Period, as the case may be, shall be included and the date of payment or the expiration date of a Eurodollar Interest Period, as the case may be, shall be excluded; provided, however, if a Loan is repaid on the same day on which it is made, one (1) day’s interest shall be paid on such Loan.

Eurodollar Interest Period the period commencing on any Eurodollar Business Day selected by the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.3 or Section 3.3 and ending one, two, three or six months thereafter, as selected by the Borrower in accordance with either such Sections, subject to the following:
Eurodollar Interest Period means, with respect to any Eurodollar Advance, (a) initially, the period commencing on and including the date of such Eurodollar Advance and ending on but excluding the next Payment Date and (b) for each period thereafter, the period commencing on and including the Payment Date on which the immediately preceding Eurodollar Interest Period ended and ending on but excluding the next Payment Date; provided, however, that no Eurodollar Interest Period may end subsequent to the Legal Final Payment Date.
Eurodollar Interest Period is defined in Section 5.2(b)(i).
Eurodollar Interest Period means any period, selected as provided in Section 3.2.1, of one or three months, commencing on any Banking Day and ending on the corresponding date in the subsequent calendar month so indicated (or, if such subsequent calendar month has no corresponding date, on the last day of such subsequent calendar month); provided, however, that subject to Section 3.2.3, if any Eurodollar Interest Period so selected would otherwise begin or end on a date which is not a Banking Day, such Eurodollar Interest Period shall instead begin or end, as the case may be, on the immediately preceding or succeeding Banking Day as determined by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the then current banking practice in the inter-bank Eurodollar market with respect to Eurodollar deposits at the applicable Eurodollar Office, which determination by the Administrative Agent shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive.
Eurodollar Interest Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the date one, two, three or six months thereafter, as the Company may elect under Section 2.3(c) and each subsequent period commencing on the last day of the immediately preceding Eurodollar Interest Period and ending on the date one, two, three or six months thereafter, as the Company may elect under Section 2.3(c), provided, however, that (a) any Eurodollar Interest Period which commences on the last Eurodollar Business Day of a calendar month (or on any day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the appropriate subsequent calendar month) shall end on the last Eurodollar Business Day of the appropriate subsequent calendar month, (b) each Eurodollar Interest Period which would otherwise end on a day which is not a Eurodollar Business Day shall end on the next succeeding Eurodollar Business Day or, if such next succeeding Eurodollar Business Day falls in the next succeeding calendar month, on the next preceding Eurodollar Business Day, and (c) no Eurodollar Interest Period which would end after the Maturity Date shall be permitted.
Eurodollar Interest Period means, with respect to any Eurodollar Loan (i) initially, the period commencing on the date such Eurodollar Loan is made and ending one (1) month, two (2) months, or three (3) months (or such other period agreed upon by the Borrower and the Lenders) thereafter, and (ii) thereafter, each period commencing on the day following the last day of the next preceding Interest Period applicable to such Eurodollar Loan and ending one (1) month, two (2) months, or three (3) months (or such other period agreed upon by the Borrower and the Lenders) thereafter; provided, however, that (a) if any Eurodollar Interest Period would otherwise expire on a day which is not a Business Day, such Interest Period shall expire on the next succeeding Business Day unless the result of such extension would be to extend such Interest Period into the next calendar month, in which case such Interest Period shall end on the immediately preceding Business Day, (b) if any Eurodollar Interest Period begins on the last Business Day of a calendar month (or on a day for which there is no numerically corresponding day in the calendar month at the end of such Interest Period) such Interest Period shall end on the last Business Day of a calendar month, and (c) any Eurodollar Interest Period which would otherwise expire after the Termination Date shall end on the Termination Date.
