The Company, subject to the other provisions of this tariff, shall deliver to the Shipper each day Equivalent Quantities of Gas less Gas in Kind at the Point(s) of Delivery up to the Maximum Daily Quantity (MDQ) agreed to in the Transportation Service Agreement with Shipper.
On or before the fifteenth (15th) Day of each calendar month, Gatherer will render to Owner a statement setting forth, in terms of Mcf's and MMBtu's, the total quantity of Gas received hereunder as measured at the Measurement Point and the Equivalent Quantities of Gas delivered hereunder at the Delivery Point(s) during the immediately preceding Month and the amount payable therefor.

The quantities of Natural Gas delivered hereunder at the Point(s) of Delivery shall be Thermally Equivalent Quantities of the Natural Gas received at the Point(s) of Receipt.
Transporter shall receive Gas from Shipper or for the account of Shipper at the Receipt Point(s) and deliver Equivalent Quantities, to Shipper or for the account of Shipper at the Delivery Point(s).
