Daily Contract Quantity definition

Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

More Definitions of Daily Contract Quantity

Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” shall be the quantity of Gas in MMBtu per Day specified in Exhibit 1, which quantity may be subject to modification pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

In no event shall Seller be obligated to deliver a Daily Contract Quantity in excess of the Seller’s Maximum Deliverability Rate.
Daily Contract Quantity. (“DCQ”) means that portion of the daily parameters as set out in Schedule 1, being a quantity of Gas which Customer must deliver to Union on a Firm basis.
Daily Contract Quantity for any period means the daily quantity of Product set out in Section 4.1, Exhibit “A”, or as otherwise determined under this Contract for that period.
Daily Contract Quantity has the meaning given to such term in Clause 8.1. Day means a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive hours beginning at 06:00 hours on a day and ending at 06:00 hours on the following day, and “Daily” shall be construed accordingly.
