Daily Contract Quantity definition

Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

More Definitions of Daily Contract Quantity

Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” shall be the quantity of Gas in MMBtu per Day specified in Exhibit 1, which quantity may be subject to modification pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.
Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means, for each Month, the quantity of Gas in MMBtu that shall be delivered by Seller to Purchaser and received by Purchaser from Seller each Gas Day during such Month, as set forth in and may be adjusted pursuant to Exhibit B.
Daily Contract Quantity means the volume of Gas required to be delivered by Seller and received by Buyer on a Day during the Term of this Agreement as set forth in Section 2.3. “Daily Contract Quantity” is the total of the Firm Daily Contract Quantity volume, the Daily Call Option Gas volume requested by Buyer pursuant to Section 2.5(B) (if any), the Needle Peak Call Option Gas volume requested by Buyer pursuant to Section 2.5(B) (if any), and the Firm Discretionary Gas volume (if any), all for the Day in question. In no event shall Seller be obligated to deliver a Daily Contract Quantity in excess of the Seller’s Maximum Deliverability Rate.
Daily Contract Quantity. (“DCQ”) means that portion of the daily parameters as set out in Schedule 1, being a quantity of Gas which Customer must deliver to Union on a Firm basis.
Daily Contract Quantity means the volume of Gas to be delivered on any particular Gas Day, as memorialized in a Term Contract.
Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means, for each Month, the quantity of Gas in MMBtu that shall be delivered by MMGA to Gas Purchaser and received by Gas Purchaser from MMGA each Gas Day during such Month. Daily Contract Quantity for any period means the daily quantity of Product set out in Section 4.1, Exhibit “A”, or as otherwise determined under this Contract for that period.
