Cash Component definition

Cash Component means the difference between the aggregate Net Asset Value of the Units comprising an Application Unit and the Application Basket Value.
Cash Component means that portion, if any, of the Conversion Shares Offer Consideration consisting of cash.
Cash Component means an amount of cash sufficient to pay any applicable transaction fee, redemption fee and any additional fixed and/or variable charges applicable to purchase or redemption transactions effected fully or partially in cash (when, in the sole discretion of the Trust, cash transactions are available or specified), in each case, as disclosed in the Prospectus for the applicable Fund. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the term “Cash Component” shall also include any fees, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys fees) incurred by a Fund in taking possession of, liquidation of, or other use of any collateral posted in lieu of delivery of Deposit Instruments or Shares.

Examples of Cash Component in a sentence

  • The Participant shall be liable to the custodian, any sub-custodian, or the Trust for any amounts advanced by the custodian or any sub-custodian in its sole discretion to the Participant for payment of the amounts due and owing for the Cash Component.

  • Computation of the Cash Component shall exclude any taxes, duties or other fees and expenses payable upon the transfer of beneficial ownership of the Deposit Securities, which shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant and not the Trust.

  • The cash collateral buffer would be added to the Cash Component of the basket.

More Definitions of Cash Component

Cash Component means the aggregate Net Asset Value of the Units comprising the Application Unit(s) less the relevant Application Basket Value.
Cash Component means the cash component of the Portfolio Composition File which ismade up of four elements, namely, (i) the accrued dividend attributable to Shareholders of the Fund (generally dividends and interest earned less fees and expenses incurred since the previous distribution), (ii) cash amounts representing amounts arising as a result of rounding the number of shares to be delivered, cash held by the Fund or amounts representing differences between the weightings of the Portfolio Composition File and the Fund, (iii) cash in lieu of any Investments set out in the Portfolio Composition File, and (iv) any Duties and Charges which may occur in relation to the issue and/or redemption of shares;
