Enhancement definition

Enhancement means, with respect to any Series, the cash collateral ----------- account, letter of credit, surety bond, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity guaranty facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate swap or any other contract, arrangement or agreement for the benefit of the Noteholders of such Series (or Noteholders of a Class within such Series), as designated in the applicable Indenture Supplement.
