Enhancement definition

Enhancement means, with respect to any Series of Notes, the rights and benefits provided to the Noteholders of such Series of Notes pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, cash collateral account, overcollateralization, issuance of subordinated Notes, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity guaranty facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate swap or any other similar arrangement.
Enhancement means a modification to an existing distribution system that is made for purposes of improving system operating characteristics such as reliability or power quality or for relieving system capacity constraints resulting, for example, from general load growth;
Enhancement means a payment from the County to eligible Nonprofit Organizations that amend existing contracts to comply with the Living Wage Ordinance. An Enhancement shall be a percentage of a Covered Contractor’s total contract price, as specified by this Chapter, and shall be paid annually until the contract ends or the not-to- exceed amount is amended.
