Swap Provider Trigger Event. A Swap Termination Payment that is triggered upon: (i) an Event of Default under the Interest Rate Swap Agreement with respect to which the Swap Provider is a Defaulting Party (as defined in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement), (ii) a Termination Event under the Interest Rate Swap Agreement with respect to which the Swap Provider is the sole Affected Party (as defined in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement) or (iii) an Additional Termination Event under the Interest Rate Swap Agreement with respect to which the Swap Provider is the sole Affected Party.
Swap Provider Trigger Event. A Swap Provider Trigger Event shall have occurred if any of the following has occurred: (i) an Event of Default under the Swap Agreement with respect to which the Swap Provider is a Defaulting Party (as defined in the Swap Agreement), (ii) a Termination Event under the Swap Agreement with respect to which the Swap Provider is the sole Affected Party (as defined in the Swap Agreement) or (iii) an Additional Termination Event under the Swap Agreement with respect to which the Swap Provider is the sole Affected Party.

Swap Provider Trigger Event. A Swap Termination Payment that is triggered upon: (i) an Event of Default under either the Interest Rate Swap Agreement or the Class A-2B1 Swap Agreement with respect to which the Interest Rate Swap Provider or the Class A-2B1 Swap Provider, as the case may be, is a Defaulting Party (as defined in the related Swap Agreement), (ii) a Termination Event under the related Swap Agreement with respect to which either the Interest Rate Swap Provider or the Class A-2B1 Swap Provider, as the case may be, is the sole Affected Party (as defined in the related Swap Agreement) or (iii) an Additional Termination Event under the related Swap Agreement with respect to which either the Interest Rate Swap Provider or the Class A-2B1 Swap Provider is the sole Affected Party, as the case may be.
